The following arrangements are made for the cooperative movement to ensure strong momentum, effective operations, proper guidance, and supervision:

1. State Level: The head of the Department of Cooperative Societies, Uttarakhand.
2. Head Office Support: Additional Registrar, Joint Registrar, Deputy Registrar, Finance Controllers, and other supporting staff assist the Registrar.
3. District Level: District Assistant Registrar oversees cooperative activities within the district.
4. Tehsil Level: Cooperative Inspector (Class-1) / Additional District Cooperative Officer manages activities at the tehsil level.
5. Block Level: Assistant Development Officer (Co-operative) / Cooperative Inspector (Class-2) / Supervisor supervises cooperatives at the block level.
